What data I collect
Only what you choose to send through the contact forms or by email: your name, brand or company, email address, phone number (optional) and the details of your project or wedding.
Why, and on what legal basis
To reply to your enquiry and, if you ask me to, to prepare a quote and agree a job. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). If a job follows, invoices and related records are kept to meet tax obligations (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
Who else handles it
- FormSubmit (formsubmit.co) delivers the form messages to my inbox. It is based outside the EU, so the transfer relies on the safeguards it provides.
- Google (Google Workspace) hosts the info@mpaulets.com mailbox.
- Wix (Wix.com Ltd.) hosts this website.
Your data is never sold or used for advertising.
How long I keep it
Enquiries that do not become a job are deleted within 24 months. When a job follows, records are kept for as long as Italian tax law requires (usually 10 years).
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to its use, or receive a copy of it (Arts. 15–22 GDPR) by writing to info@mpaulets.com. You can also complain to the Italian data protection authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.
Cookies
This site does not use analytics, advertising or profiling cookies, and it does not track you. Fonts and videos are served from this website itself. The hosting provider may set strictly necessary technical cookies to deliver the site securely, which do not need consent. Links to YouTube, Instagram or magazine websites open those sites, which have their own policies.

Rispondere alla tua richiesta e, se lo desideri, preparare un preventivo e concordare un lavoro. Base giuridica: misure precontrattuali adottate su tua richiesta (art. 6, par. 1, lett. b GDPR). Se ne segue un incarico, fatture e documenti collegati sono conservati per adempiere agli obblighi fiscali (art. 6, par. 1, lett. c GDPR).
Chi altro tratta i dati
- FormSubmit (formsubmit.co) recapita i messaggi dei moduli nella mia casella email. Ha sede fuori dall'UE; il trasferimento avviene sulla base delle garanzie da esso previste.
- Google (Google Workspace) ospita la casella info@mpaulets.com.
- Wix (Wix.com Ltd.) ospita questo sito.
I tuoi dati non vengono mai venduti né usati per pubblicità.
Conservazione
Le richieste che non diventano un incarico vengono cancellate entro 24 mesi. In caso di incarico, i documenti sono conservati per il tempo previsto dalla normativa fiscale italiana (di norma 10 anni).
I tuoi diritti
Puoi chiedere accesso, rettifica o cancellazione dei dati, limitazione od opposizione al trattamento e portabilità (artt. 15–22 GDPR) scrivendo a info@mpaulets.com. Puoi inoltre proporre reclamo al Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.
